FAQ

1 / Do I have to book online or can I arrange for a trip upon arrival?

2 / Do I have to take Malaria Prevention Medicine for visiting the Brazilian Amazon?

3 / Will I have internet access in the Brazilian Amazon forest?

4 / Lost Something During the Trip?

If you prefer to remain flexible and be spontaneous, you can contact us only once you arrive in Manaus. However, we cannot guarantee that a free space on a tour will still be available for you then. If you are uncertain about which trip and how many days to choose, feel free to contact us in advance and we can help you make the best decision!

In the regions where I will take you on jungle excursions, malaria is not commonly found. Although most doctors recommend tourists to take malaria prevention medicine before and/or during their trip, side- and after-effects can disturb your digestion system and they ruin the trip for you, if your stomach is not strong. Some guests have had to visit the toilet more often due to anti-malaria medicine, which is particularly unfortunate during long hour boat excursions. Therefore, please make your own well-informed decision before taking strong anti-malaria pills for this trip!

Unfortunately, we cannot provide internet access/wifi to our guests in the Brazilian Amazon, as of now. While this feature may become available in the near future, we believe that the true Amazon indigenous lifestyle experience also involves a time-out from our digitalized modern life. Please inform important contacts that you will be offline for your time-being in the jungle!

We urge you to always keep your belongings close. We're here to ensure a smooth journey, but we can't be responsible for personal items. Store extra baggage in Manaus and carry essential ID as we might pass customs control on our way into the jungle.
